This project was created under Black Onion Studios. The idea was to show that fintech doesn’t always have to feel serious or corporate. With Gen Z in mind, we explored a playful, colourful, and high-contrast visual direction to make payments feel energetic and fun. The visuals went through plenty of experimentation and trial and error before finding the right balance. At the heart of the film was Pop Payment’s reward system, where users earn Pop Coins and exciting rewards while making payments, making something as routine as paying feel more engaging and rewarding.
